چکیده
The population genetic structure of 211 samples Loliolus (Nipponololigo) beka, which were selected from across seven geographic localities—in the Bohai Sea, Yellow Sea and East China Sea—were analyzed using mitochondrial COI 16S rRNA gene markers. Phylogenetic trees a haplotype network both showed that L. (N.) beka localities genetically distinct, forming two homogeneous lineages: Lineage A B. results an AMOVA variation in populations was dominated by between lineages, distance differentiation indices indicated lineages Chinese waters had reached level species divergence. To further confirm differences shown molecular results, we performed detailed analysis based on morphometric observations multivariate statistical to compare morphology characteristics there significant (p < 0.05) ventral mantle length (VML); width index (MWI); fin (FWI); head (HLI); left Arm IV (LALI4), right III (RALI3), (RALI4), hectocotylized proportion (HcL%) lineages. also supported for number sucker ring teeth. Accordingly, morphological confirmed provided additional evidence presence cryptic coastal areas China.

Phylogenetic diversity of epibiotic bacteria in the accessory nidamental glands of squids (Cephalopoda: Loliginidae and Idiosepiidae)
Bacterial communities were identified from the accessory nidamental glands (ANGs) of European and Western Pacific squids of the families Loliginidae and Idiosepiidae, as also in the egg capsules, embryo and yolk of two loliginid squid species, and in the entire egg of one idiosepiid squid species. The results of phylogenetic analyses of 16S RNA gene (rDNA) confirmed that several phylotypes of a...

15 صفحه اولphylogeography and genetic diversity of the lesser mouse- eared bat (myotis blythii) in iran
in current study, 63 samples of bat populations collected from differ regions were used for evaluating the geographic variations. twenty cranial and dental characters for traditional morphometric and landmarks method on the ventral, dorsal skull and mandible for geometry morphometric studies were used. statistical analyses of traditional morphometric and geometry morphometric data indicated low...
Biodiversity among luminescent symbionts from squid of the genera Uroteuthis, Loliolus and Euprymna (Mollusca: Cephalopoda).
Luminescent bacteria in the family Vibrionaceae (Bacteria: γ-Proteobacteria) are commonly found in complex, bilobed light organs of sepiolid and loliginid squids. Although morphology of these organs in both families of squid is similar, the species of bacteria that inhabit each host has yet to be verified. We utilized sequences of 16S ribosomal RNA, luciferase α-subunit (luxA) and the glycerald...
متن کاملMitochondrial genetic differentiation and morphological difference of Miniopterus fuliginosus and Miniopterus magnater in China and Vietnam
Because of its complicated systematics, the bent-winged bat is one of the most frequently studied bat species groups. In China, two morphologically similar bent-winged bat species, Miniopterus fuliginosus and Miniopterus magnater were identified, but their distribution range and genetic differentiation are largely unexplored. In this study, we applied DNA bar codes and two other mitochondrial D...
